Modifications to the User Agreement and the working mechanism of this Stily 

  • You acknowledge and agree that stily will notify you of any amendment to the User Agreement, whereby your obligations are multiplied or your rights are diminished in accordance with any amendments that may be made to the User Agreement.
  • You agree that stily, at its sole discretion and without liability, may make major or minor amendments to this Agreement without requiring additional approval from you, at any time and with immediate effect, by posting an announcement of the amendment on the Site.
  • You know that Stily is not considered an auction or a bank and does not provide similar services, and Stily is considered a technical website on the internet
  • Membership on the website is free.
  • Sellers must pay all fees due to Stily within a maximum of 30 days after completing any successful sale.
  • The seller must properly notify the website administration of any unsuccessful sale for any reason, and Stily will cancel the commission charged on the item.

Secure Payment System (My Wallet – Cash on Delivery)

The Secure Payment System in Stily offers two main options:

  • My Electronic Wallet (MyWallet): A secure electronic payment system
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): The traditional payment option

Note: All transactions are subject to the payment terms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  • Stily providing the payment service through MyWallet or Cash on Delivery is a facilitation for buyers to complete online payment transactions, which are supervised by Stily. However, Stily does not participate in the buying and selling processes on the site.
  • A 30-day payment period for sellers after each successful sale

Your personal information and transaction details

  • Do you have any objection to granting Stily an unlimited, global, permanent, non-revocable, fee-exempt, and licensed right to use your personal information or materials, or any other information you have provided to the site and/or disclosed on the site through registration, bidding, purchasing, or during the process of displaying and selling goods, through the communication and registration forms, or via any email or communication channel available on the site? This is for the purpose of operating and promoting the site in accordance with the Terms of Use and the Confidentiality Agreement.
  • You are solely responsible for the information you have submitted or posted, and Stily’s role is limited to allowing you to display this information on the site’s pages and through its advertising channels.

List of Prohibited Items on the Stily Platform

No user is allowed to display any item that is not permitted for trade in the markets of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia according to the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce, the Customs Department, the Ministry of Interior of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and all relevant ministries, such as (but not limited to):
  • Unlicensed medicines and products not approved by the Ministry of Health
  • Explosive materials and firearms
  • Pets, wild animals, birds, or their parts
  • Religiously prohibited items
  • Alcoholic beverages, wines, intoxicants, all types of tobacco, and narcotic drugs
  • Pirated software and counterfeit CDs
  • Pornographic videos and any related programs
  • Legally prohibited materials
  • Illegal animal-derived products
  • Registered national historical documents and artifacts
  • Bonds, including stocks, sukuk, customs bonds, or any financial instruments
  • Services and general advertisements for websites or companies
  • Art pieces prohibited from being exported outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
  • Antiquities and artistic treasures as stipulated by the laws.
  • Any damaged, counterfeit, defective, imitation goods, or goods that, through their use, may harm other users' interests or health.
  • Fresh food, chemicals, and gaseous materials
  • Any items that have been officially or unofficially announced by any relevant governmental authority in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as being prohibited for sale, import, or use, whether before or after being listed on the site. The site reserves the right to prevent the display of such items, even if they are the seller’s responsibility, and regardless of their association with Stily, which is occasionally listed on the site. This is in accordance with the applicable laws.

Copyright

  • All content included on the site, including but not limited to texts, graphic designs, logos, button icons, symbols, audio clips, digital uploads, compiled data, and software, are owned by Stily or its users, the creators of this content, and their authorized parties. They are protected under copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property and creative rights and laws.
  • The compiled content on the site is the exclusive property of Stily, and its rights are reserved. It is protected under copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property and creative rights and laws.

Returned Goods:

Stily or any of its affiliated companies has the right to dispose of, destroy, liquidate, or auction any goods/products belonging to the seller as it deems appropriate, within sixty days after receiving them from the shipping company, in case these products/goods are returned or not received by the buyers for any reason. This is provided that the seller is notified about the returned products/goods via an email sent to the email address provided by the seller, and if the seller does not take the necessary actions to collect them. This paragraph constitutes an explicit authorization to Stily to destroy and/or auction the mentioned products/goods without any objection from the sellers and without any liability on Stily. Moreover, Stily has the right to deduct from the seller's account or charge them any fees or amounts incurred through the destruction and/or liquidation of the above-mentioned goods/products.
